This privacy notice explains how KWrap uses the personal information you share when you call us, message us on WhatsApp or send a quote request through kwrap.co.uk. KWrap only uses your details to respond to your enquiry, quote for work and carry it out.
Who we are
KWrap is a kitchen and architectural wrapping business based in Kensington, London, and is the data controller for information collected through this website.

What we collect
- Your name, phone number and postcode
- Messages and photos you send us on WhatsApp
- Details and photos of the job you want quoted
- The page you sent the request from
- Any other information you choose to include in your message
How the quote form works
When you send the quote form, your details go to KWrap's inbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, and are not stored on this website.
How we use your information
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey, prepare a quote and carry out and invoice any work you book. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.
Advertising measurement
This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not become jobs for up to 12 months. We keep records of jobs we carry out for 6 years, because UK tax rules require it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. Messages you send on WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta. Quote form requests are delivered by Web3Forms. Emails to KWrap are forwarded by Cloudflare and held by our email provider, Google.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling 07904 099566. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
